One important thing is that the plugin draws contours equidistant in space, but it does not mean that the difference in intensity between, let’s say pair of contours 1 and 2 (adjacent) and pair 2 and 3 (also adjacent) is the same (although distance is the same)!). Where you can quickly make a LUT from any number of colors (button Set allows to “shrink” any existing LUT to 10 or any other number of colors) and change/modify each color in the LUT.Īfter editing a LUT, one can save it to the “luts” folder of ImageJ/FIJI and they will automatically appear in the plugin’s parameters window.
